Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, Budgeting, Reporting, Data Analysis, Auditing, Taxation, and Month-End Closing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and adaptability across various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment in problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be bilingual in Korean and English (both verbal and written).
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in Office Technology, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Bank of America CashPro is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work extended hours to meet departmental demands and deadlines.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Competence in interpreting various business documents and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Skill in addressing practical problems and navigating diverse situations with limited standardization.
