Skywalk Group is currently seeking skilled Wire Harness Assembly Technicians to enhance our operations in Marion, IA. As a prominent player in the electrical contract manufacturing sector, we specialize in wire harness assembly, control panels, and electronic systems.

In this role, you will be tasked with the assembly of wire harnesses utilized across various sectors, including agriculture, construction, and defense.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Combining and routing wires
  • Attaching connectors
  • Binding wires
  • Applying split loom over wires

This position offers variety, as you will encounter different assembly builds on a daily basis.

Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience (starting wage available for candidates without prior experience).

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in color identification
  • Capacity to stand for the duration of the shift in a climate-controlled environment
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
