Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
* Manage reservations and waiting lists
* Coordinate with wait staff to ensure seamless service
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
