Job Summary

Welcome to The Healing Touch Inc, where we're seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver products at set locations daily
  • Call and prepare delivery routes
  • Load, unload, and operate a 17' Box Truck
  • Maintain a safe and clean operation by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Operate and maintain vehicles in a safe and clean condition
  • Receive materials from suppliers and deliver to the proper location
  • Load and unload trucks using a fork truck
  • Make deliveries and pickups locally, including packaging and crate construction
  • Interface with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist with inventory control and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Maintain a good driving record and Class C DL
  • Some distribution supply experience preferred
  • Knowledge of San Diego Freeways is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Customer focus, dependability, teamwork, coordination, organization, time management, reporting skills, inventory control, documentation skills, and equipment maintenance
  • Some computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis
