About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a key member of our cloud technology recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating new business relationships with clients, managing the full-cycle candidate recruitment process, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other relevant platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase job flow and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Candidate Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle candidate recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to clients, arranging job interviews, and negotiating salary.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to grow your client base and implement sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience with outbound sales is required, with cold calling experience preferred.
  • Ambitious and Driven: Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and form relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $43,500 - $60,000 per year, including base salary and commission potential.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401k options, long and short-term disability, life insurance, and 15 days of PTO per year.
