Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, including training and education on Cardiac Rhythm Management products and solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to meet district sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and opportunities.
  • Provide operational support, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
