KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management

- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs and implement effective sales strategies.

- Set and communicate clear expectations, holding the store team accountable for meeting brand standards and performance metrics.

- Manage payroll and supply budgets efficiently.

- Oversee essential operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory audits, opening and closing procedures, and payroll accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies, including cash handling and reporting, and train associates on accurate transaction processes.

- Maintain adherence to all applicable laws and loss prevention policies, conducting training to reinforce proper controls.

- Administer operational processes such as inventory management and daily merchandise replenishment.

- Ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance reflect the brand's standards.

- Cultivate a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to achieve assigned sales and productivity goals.

- Develop the management team’s business acumen to enhance overall performance.

- Provide training on product knowledge to ensure the sales team is well-informed.

Team Development

- Inspire and motivate the store team, fostering a shared vision while exemplifying core values.

- Encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- Communicate effectively with store teams and act as a liaison to leadership and cross-functional partners to drive positive change.

- Seek personal development opportunities and actively request feedback to enhance leadership skills.

- Recognize and value the diverse talents of the team, providing guidance and empowering them to excel.

Customer Engagement

- Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.

- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.

- Maintain consistent communication with clients through customer engagement initiatives.

Talent Management

- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proven track record in customer service and sales leadership.

- Ability to adapt to technology used by the company.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of apparel products is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Understanding of store operations and administrative tasks.

- Commitment to community involvement and outreach.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.

- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

- Frequent climbing as part of daily tasks.
