We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Meadville, Pennsylvania facility. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products. Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions

The Meadville facility is a 135,000 square foot production facility that operates 24/7. The Production Technician will be required to work a 12-hour shift rotation, including days and nights. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and follows strict safety protocols.
