Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor

Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team on key initiatives and priorities.
- Lead and execute critical strategic initiatives and executive projects, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders across the enterprise to create better alignment with business partners, business segments, and functional areas.
- Support the development of the strategic plan, financial plans, and annual business plans, providing insight and recommendations.
- Anticipate and manage preparation for CEO management meetings and other key events.
- 10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated experience directly and indirectly leading people.
- 8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, consulting, transformation, and/or operational leadership roles, preferably in care delivery.
- Exceptional collaborator, communicator, and executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at multiple levels of a large, complex organization.
- Deep understanding of strategy, operations, reporting, and forecasting, with a demonstrated ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Ability to predict, quickly understand, and act on business needs, with a track record of driving programs and projects in a matrix environment.
