Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Veterinary Neurology
Job Summary:The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a clinical track Assistant/Associate/Professor in veterinary neurology. The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences has a strong program in Neurology with a successful residency training program.
Responsibilities:- Join two board-certified veterinary neurologists in a service that is supported by two full-time veterinary technicians.
- Participate in the Neurology service with a rapidly growing caseload that is predominantly small animal.
- Contribute to the development of new therapies for intracranial neoplasia, including intracranial surgery and stereotactic radio surgery.
- Collaborate with the brain tumor immunotherapy group within the McKnight Brain Institute.
- Participate in spinal cord injury research within the CVM and at the College of Medicine.
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Completed an ACVIM or ECVN residency program in Neurology.
