Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Recruitment Manager to join our team at Cayuga Centers in New York, NY.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of $62,400 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing foster home recruitment efforts, including developing strategies, communicating with prospective and current foster parents, and teaching Foster Home Recruitment and Licensor staff on engaging potential foster parents.

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet program needs.
  • Teach Foster Home Recruitment and Licensor staff on engaging potential foster parents.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and participate in recruitment opportunities.

Required qualifications include an Associate's degree, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and two years of experience in UC settings. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle confidential material are essential.
