About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team at BayWa r.e. Solar Systems LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of virtual and in-person customer-facing Marketing events in line with the Marketing strategy.

This role involves managing event logistics, on-site event coordination, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly through event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with other departments for event coordination, including Sales, Business Development, and Product Management.

You will report to the Manager, Marketing, and work closely with the marketing team to elevate our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event communications, including email invitations, social media promotions, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing campaigns.
  • Track event performance metrics, including attendance rates, engagement levels, and lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on event progress and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance event effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in event coordination, preferably in the tradeshow industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
