About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls, and assisting customers at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer and assist with telephone calls, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Assist customers at the counter, processing transactions and answering questions.
  • Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
