Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and innovative professional to take charge of our Corporate Solutions, specifically within the HR sector utilizing SAP Success Factors. This role is crucial for driving enhancements in our HR operations and system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR System Oversight: Direct the product management for SAP Success Factors and related HR tools, ensuring the successful deployment of new functionalities, system upgrades, and comprehensive HR reporting that aligns with business requirements.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration processes for HR systems, including finance master data and connections to various enterprise systems.
- Data Governance: Ensure that essential data is accurately maintained to uphold governance standards regarding personal information.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with teams across HR, Tech, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated solutions meet diverse organizational needs.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Manage the product roadmap for HR and corporate domains, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and technological advancements.
- Risk Assessment: Recognize potential risks linked to system integrations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and integrations, guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to promote the adoption of new systems and processes, providing necessary training and support to users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with HR systems and integrations. A strong understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities are essential.
Preferred Skills:
An advanced degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field, along with experience in SAP Success Factors and cloud-based corporate solutions, is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel may be required.
