As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and contributing to the educational development of staff and patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform patient assessments and assign diagnoses based on recorded data and current scientific research
* Establish and implement care plans, adhering to protocols and standards of care
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care
* Order and perform routine diagnostic procedures
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
* Contribute to the educational development of staff, patients, and self
* Demonstrate progressive leadership and effective management
* Provide education through role modeling and in-services to meet identified learning needs
* Advance own professional development through self-directed learning and continuing education
* Initiate and maintain positive relationships with patients and coworkers

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrated competence as a practitioner
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in technical patient care devices and computers
* Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Education/Expertise: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Required Credentials: BLS, ACLS, current Registered Nurse license, and current APRN license (or NCCPA-Certified and DEA license)
