We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Permitting Specialist to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. This exciting opportunity is based in Orange County and offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have direct experience preparing permit processing documentation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Regional Water Quality Control Boards. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the completion of jurisdictional delineations of aquatic resources in project areas and build strong relationships with clients while serving as the primary project point of contact.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of staff. You will also be responsible for providing project strategy, developing optimal permitting pathways, overseeing preparation of permit applications/regulatory documents, and providing overall environmental compliance support.
