We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Permitting Specialist to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. in Orange County.

This is a senior-level position that requires direct experience preparing permit processing documentation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Regional Water Quality Control Boards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, effective communication, and ability to collaborate with a diversity of staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing the completion of jurisdictional delineations of aquatic resources in project areas, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing project strategy, and negotiating with regulatory agency personnel.

An estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
