Key Responsibilities
  • Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in the agency office
  • Engage in cross-selling with existing clients through annual reviews
  • Generate quotes to present, sell, and finalize new insurance policies on a daily basis
  • Address alerts, service emails, and calls promptly
  • Conduct daily outbound follow-up calls to potential clients and leads

Qualifications
  • Possess a General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or service is preferred
  • Ability to cross-sell auto, home, and umbrella insurance products
  • Develop leads, schedule meetings, and assess customer needs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing
  • Educate clients about various insurance options
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
