Job Summary

XTalk Prep Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and compile data as requested by management.
  • Data Backup: Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and data entry software; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; good communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
