We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Johnsonville. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, including collaborating with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer orders and shipments to ensure accurate items, prices, and delivery dates, and regularly update customers on order status and any issues.
- Act as the primary representative and contact for specific customer accounts, and manage the escalation of issues within the Customer Service Team.
- Perform root cause analysis to understand drivers of order failure and support process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and meetings to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or significant equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service or supply chain preferred.
- Strong focus on customer success, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Business Software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with basic EDI knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
