We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a leading healthcare provider in Atlanta, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
About the RoleThe Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
- BSN degree.
- Unit-specific RN attributes.
