Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team as a Staff RN Resident I. This role is part of our NSH Nursing Excellence Track (NEXT) Program, designed to support the growth and development of novice nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Participate in a Northside Hospital Nurse Residency Program to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications may be required based on the clinical unit.
- BSN degree preferred.
