About the Role

The Registered Nurse at Northside Hospital will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
