Position Overview

CAREER SUMMARY:

Rumble is on the lookout for exceptional trainers to guide, instruct, and inspire participants. Our signature 45-minute sessions provide a comprehensive workout centered around our innovative water-filled boxing bags.

ESSENTIAL TRAITS:

  • Customer Engagement: Rumble trainers exude a vibrant energy and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Inspiration: To ensure client retention, trainers must keep participants motivated and engaged throughout the session.
  • Physical Endurance: Trainers are required to maintain a high level of fitness, actively participating in classes and demonstrating exercises as needed.
  • Adaptability: Trainers must offer modifications and enhancements for clients with varying skill levels.
  • Effective Communication: Trainers should convey exercise instructions clearly and motivationally to clients.
  • Observational Skills: Trainers must be adept at assessing the group dynamics.
  • Time Management: Trainers should skillfully deliver a diverse workout while managing attention across both boxing and strength training segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and choreographing Rumble classes, which involves creating boxing sequences and strength training circuits in line with Rumble standards.
  • Curating playlists featuring custom Rumble music.
  • Overseeing client performance during exercises, providing corrections to enhance safety and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred: Completion of courses or certifications in personal training and/or group fitness.
  • Preferred: Experience in boxing.
  • Required: Minimum of 6 months of experience in group fitness or personal training.
