  • Follow cash handling procedures accurately for transactions and gratuities.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in alignment with company policies, involving management when necessary.
  • Provide information about amenities, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts to guests as required.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to calculate bills and itemize charges accurately.
  • Complete end-of-shift cash handling duties, including settling cash banks and organizing necessary documentation for audits.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that embodies teamwork, respect, and the core values of Chumash Enterprises.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Completion of RBS training and certification within the specified timeframe.
  • Successful completion of Serv Safe certification and Food Handlers training within the initial employment period.
  • Prior experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of beverage offerings and service techniques, with a preference for wine pairing expertise.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License as required by the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Preference may be given to Native American applicants.
