Job Summary

You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with guidelines and policies, analyzing data from the crime information system, and promoting awareness of liability issues. Additionally, you will oversee the organization of reference materials, monitor and update system status displays, and relay emergency and non-emergency calls to police and security departments. You will also operate systems to log and maintain records on stolen items, vehicles, and individuals, and provide verbal instructions and assistance to callers. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5 years of directly job-related experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Professional licensing, certification, or registration directly related to the job
TCOLE Telecommunicators License
