Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Operator to provide exceptional customer service and switchboard support for HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. As a Telecom Operator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, and will be responsible for routing calls, operating the public address system, and providing general assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the public address system to communicate with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Provide general assistance and support to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and service
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or telephone experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital systems
