Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to walk-in customers by using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude.
  • Maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Shift focus from assisting customers to perform warehouse tasks, such as picking, preparing, and staging orders.

You Will:

  • Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and safely loading customer vehicles.
  • Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, adapting your style to their preferences.
  • Perform inventory counts, learn and navigate computer systems, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts within branch hours of operation.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
