Southern Home Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Home Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with homeowners by providing expert advice on home comfort solutions.

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions that enhance their home's comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. You will leverage your product knowledge and sales expertise to guide customers through the decision-making process and ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or generator solutions.
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value proposition for each customer.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the home services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
