Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and development of production personnel to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Work closely with department leads and supervisors to maintain sanitation standards and coordinate production activities.
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of raw materials to meet production requirements.
  • Monitor production lines for quality and notify relevant personnel of any discrepancies.
  • Participate in rework activities to ensure product quality and minimize waste.
  • Follow all PPE, GMP, HACCP, and SOP procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Report maintenance issues and suggest improvements to productivity, quality, and cost control.
Requirements
  • 1-3 months of related lead experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Food production experience preferred.
