Job Title: Assembly Team Lead

As a key member of our assembly team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will be essential in driving our production processes forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of assemblers in the production of high-quality products
  • Use initiative and judgment to solve problems and implement countermeasures
  • Access information and perform transactions within our ERP system
  • Lead team meetings and exchange job-related information
  • Solve problems independently within designated authority level
  • Train employees on different aspects of the department, including work instructions and standard work
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and problem-solving production-related concerns
  • Consistently follow through on team commitments, communicate, and demonstrate accountability
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2 years of complex assembly or related experience
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Occasional travel.
