Support Inc. is a reputable service organization committed to delivering exceptional care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently in search of dedicated Residential Caregivers to become part of our team.

Position Overview:

We seek empathetic individuals ready to open their residences to support individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Residential Caregiver, you will invite a client into your home, offering tailored care and assistance. By creating a secure and supportive atmosphere, you can profoundly impact someone's life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and aid with everyday tasks
  • Participate in recreational and social engagements with the client
  • Provide transportation and accompany the client on various outings
  • Assist with health-related needs and maintain precise records
  • Facilitate training on life skills and personal development

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks
  • Completion of necessary training such as CPR/First Aid
  • Previous experience as a residential caregiver
  • Preferably possess a wheelchair-accessible home and experience with behavioral or medical requirements
