Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Fill and transport carts with supplies to assigned areas
  • Enter guest rooms, replace amenities, and ensure all appliances are in working order
  • Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting
  • Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance issues, and complete safety training
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
What We Offer
