About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Planner to join our dynamic team at Ramboll Australia. As a key member of our People and Places team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, developing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our planning and design business in Australia and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead member of the People and Places team, based in Sydney office, with a focus on strategic urban planning, urban design, and master planning, and international city development programs in Asia Pacific Region
  • Work with the Principal, People and Places to lead and take ownership for the management and delivery of quality technical client services for Ramboll projects in Sydney, NSW, and Asia Pacific Region
  • Grow the size, capabilities, and client base of the People and Places team in NSW, Australia, and Asia Pacific Region
  • Co-design of a dynamic business strategy for a viable and reputable urban planning, master planning, and urban design business
About You

We are looking for a senior-level planner with 10+ years of experience, preferably with consulting experience and international project experience. You should have strong strategic planning, urban design, smart cities, urban development, and policy preparation experience. Additionally, you should be able to lead and manage projects, foster strong client relationships, and have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
