Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections and repairs of residential properties
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide prompt assistance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or certification preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with company facial hair policy
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.)

Salary: $24 - $27 per hour
