About the Role

This Property Care Specialist position is responsible for maintaining the upkeep and condition of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and repair skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure property aesthetics meet company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements, and an operable vehicle.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $24 - $27 per hour.
