This full-time role will see you significantly contribute to the production of superior products that surpass our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute independent designs for precast structures
  • Develop designs for lateral systems
  • Review precast shop and erection drawings, addressing any issues
  • Engage in the continuous development of standards
  • Collaborate with precast manufacturers and design teams
  • Work alongside drafting, engineering, and BIM departments
  • Mentor junior design engineers
  • Oversee projects as the project manager for assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • Possession of a Certified PE License; SE License is preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Precast Engineering
  • Proficient in software applications: MS Office, MathCAD, Precast Design Software, Structural Analysis Software, and 3D modeling software
