Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing site/civil development, and collaborating with design teams to develop detailed design documents.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Design and develop site/civil infrastructure, including grading, roadways, stormwater management systems, and erosion control measures.
  • Prepare and review calculations, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed design documents and construction plans.
  • Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain necessary permits.
  • Assist with site plan approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Estimate construction costs and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management.
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office required.
  • Knowledge of ICPR and excellent communication skills preferred.
