  3. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, depending on caseload and experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based practices.
  2. Completing thorough assessments and treatment plans for each client.
  3. Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
  4. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure as a mental health professional or associate (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with patients diagnosed with PTSD or similar conditions.
  • Previous experience in clinical counseling within hospital or outpatient environments.

Work Environment:

Remote work environment with a dedicated, private workspace that is conducive to uninterrupted and confidential client sessions.
