Purpose and Scope
The preschool assistant teacher position at Kiddie Academy of College Station is designed to support the educational and social needs of young children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and want to make a meaningful difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the classroom teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans, preparing materials, and supervising activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff members.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift no less than 40 pounds consistently throughout the workday.

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
