About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Lead Generator to join our team at Parker and Sons. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for engaging with retail customers, discussing their home service needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Work in retail stores, engaging customers to discuss their home service needs
  • Explain features and benefits of various products and services
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to visit customers' homes for free estimates
  • Build rapport and relationships with store leadership and staff
  • Attend monthly meetings and trainings
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of in-person retail customer service experience
  • Prior sales or lead setting experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned stores
  • Ability to use smartphone or iPad for email, text, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
