As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities. We strive to provide our employees with an experience focused on supporting their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems.
  • Load system-level controller software and perform more complex commissioning and system diagnostics.
  • Keep management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
  • Calibrate systems requiring basic electronic test equipment and complete administrative tasks.
  • Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation.
  • Communicate with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the worksite.
  • Follow all safety standards and attend required safety training.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a similar field.
  • At least 3-5 years of industry experience or experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
  • Leadership skills to support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment on a job site.
  • PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC-related software.
