Job Summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and communicate patient data to assist in assessment and care planning
  • Deliver care in accordance with patient care plans, policies, and procedures
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider
  • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program
  • One year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
