Job Summary:

We are seeking a clinical documentation specialist to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This part-time, variable-hour position involves working closely with a urogynecologist to document patient charts, track lab results, and perform other administrative tasks.


Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Accompany the physician into patient rooms to document patient interactions and medical information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including lab results and medical history.
  • Perform data entry and assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments.
  • Develop strong communication skills by interacting with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records software.
  • Estimated salary range: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour.
