We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Marvel Medical Staffing.

About the Role

This is a 12-week contract opportunity for a seasoned Registered Nurse with expertise in Pediatric Advanced Care Unit (PACU) settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the PACU environment, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and streamlining clinical processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pediatric Advanced Care Unit setting, preferably with a focus on critical care.
  • Active certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Compensation Package

The estimated weekly gross pay for this position is $$5,121, based on industry standards and market rates. Please note that compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, qualifications, and level of experience.
