**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing companionship, life-enriching activities, and personal care as needed.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist residents with daily activities, such as grooming, dressing, and mobility
* Plan and implement engaging activities, events, and programs to promote socialization and mental stimulation
* Provide hands-on personal care, including vital sign recording and mechanical lift operation
* Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes residents' overall well-being and quality of life

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with seniors and intergenerational programming preferred
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for the state of Illinois preferred
