Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Pursuit Lead to join their team in Atlanta. As a key member of the company's business development team, this individual will be responsible for developing winning proposals for major alternative delivery pursuits, driving company growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive proposal strategies to secure major alternative delivery projects, leveraging expertise in engineering principles, terminology, and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business development officers, leadership, and proposal professionals, to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
  • Anticipate and respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) releases, driving the completion process to win work and secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert interpretation of technical requirements, working closely with local and international technical experts to ensure proposals accurately reflect client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering proposal writing and coordination.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal writing focused on alternative delivery space (P3, Design/Build, Progressive models).
  • Established connections within the industry, including engineering partners and contractors.
  • Expert knowledge of the local US market related to alternative delivery projects.
  • Experience with the RFQ/RFP process.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, terminology, and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to accurately convey technical concepts.
  • Advanced writing skills to develop compelling proposals.
  • Ability to stay current on industry standards and best practices.
