Job Title: Patient Services Representative- Oral Surgery

Our client, a leading dental clinic, is seeking a Patient Services Representative with Oral Surgery experience to support their team. As a Patient Services Representative-Oral Surgery, you will be part of the Patient Services team supporting the Oral Surgery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, from greeting and routing patients to record maintenance and cashier duties.
  • Monitor daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to guidelines and protocols.
  • Assign and review work of student and/or casual employees engaged in routine tasks, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Assign patients to dental students, maintain student and patient appointment books, and triage emergencies.
  • Ensure proper processing of health-related transactions, calculate payments, and update and maintain files and records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PSR with experience in an oral surgery setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
