Description: RenewAire is in search of a dedicated Assembly Technician to contribute to the assembly of energy recovery ventilation units tailored for our Residential clientele.

This position is ideal for individuals with light assembly experience or those who take pleasure in hands-on work. As an Assembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to utilize hand tools for the assembly of Residential ERV units.

Working Environment: You will operate in a climate-controlled workspace and benefit from personalized training to equip you with the essential skills for success in your role.

Physical Demands:

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, you will frequently be required to:

  • See, talk, and hear
  • Stand for extended periods, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. regularly and 60 lbs. occasionally

Specific vision requirements for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
