Job Description

As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in our legal team's success. You will assist attorneys in various legal matters, conduct research, and provide administrative support to ensure our clients receive the highest quality legal services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and development.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in case management and trial preparation, coordinating with attorneys and other team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed, providing clear and concise information.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas, applying this knowledge to support our clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing attorney calendars, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred).
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department, demonstrating expertise and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the practice area(s) of the firm, with a willingness to stay up-to-date and apply this knowledge effectively.
